Meatloaf Recipe 1

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1/2 cup water

Two tablespoons of soy sauce

1 small onion diced

2 Lbs. ground beef

8oz package of pre-made stuffing, (such as Stove Top)

salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350°F

Beat eggs, water, and approximately two tablespoons of soy sauce together in a separate bowl and set aside.

Get a large bowl and mix the ground beef and stuffing together. Make sure to use your hands and combine the mixture well, as this is the most important step.

Slowly work the egg mixture into the meat and stuffing, once again making sure to combine all ingredients well.

Pick up big ball of meat and pack in hands until you have formed a loaf.

Place in ungreased loaf pan and place on center rack in oven for 45-55 minutes uncovered until center of meatloaf is browned. Drain excess grease off side of pan and let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Meatloaf Recipe 2

Ingredients:

1 onion, chopped

1-2 celery stalks, chopped

1 cup cracker crumbs

1 clove garlic, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon allspice

sprinkle of curry powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 eggs

2 lbs. ground beef

1-2 cans of mushroom soup

Makes 1 bread pan of meat loaf

Directions:

Mix meat, eggs, and spices.

Mix in vegetables and crackers.

Bake at 400°F

Drain off grease when brown 10-20 minutes.

Add 1-2 cans of mushroom soup on top

Bake until done

Total baking time 1.5-2 hours.

Meatloaf Recipe 3

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef

1 cup Ritz crackers

2 beaten eggs

8 ounces Del Monte tomato sauce

1/2 cup fine onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pound the Ritz crackers until fine like bread crumbs.

Mince the onion until fine.

In a separate bowl, add the meat and the other ingredients and mix with your hands until the ingredients are all mixed together and the mixture is smooth.

Grease a glass baking pan with vegetable shortening.

Put the meat mixture in the pan and shape like a football.

Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

Take out the meat loaf and serve warm.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup ketchup + 3/4 cup ketchup (for topping) 2 well beaten eggs 4 cups cubed bread (Almost any type or combination of leftover breads will do.) Combine 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 well-beaten eggs, and 4 cups of cubed bread. Beat with a mixer until well combined. Cover with a generous amount of ketchup (approximately 3/4 cup). Cover the top with the aluminum foil, and place meatloaf in an oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and then remove the foil from the top. Bake 15 minutes longer, until the meatloaf is bubbly and is set on the top. Remove from the oven, and immediately remove the meatloaf from the aluminum foil, and drain, if needed. Slice (using an electric knife, if possible) into serving slices. Arrange on a platter and serve while hot! A delicious “can’t-be-beat” comfort food!!!

Boston Market Meatloaf Recipe

I love Boston Market meatloaf. It’s so jam packed full of flavor. I make it every year for our big family get reunions and it’s always a hit. Everyone is always shocked when I tell them I made it from scratch and it wasn’t take out.:)

For this Boston Market Meatloaf Recipe you will need the following ingredients:

1 large egg 2 tbs sour cream 2 tbs ketchup 2 tbs flour 1 package of dry onion soup mix 1 pound of ground sirloin extra ketchup for coating the meatloaf 1/3 cup spicy V8 juice

Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender until it is smooth.

In medium bowl combine the mixture with the ground sirloin. Now it’s time to get down and dirty. Mix everything well with your hands and shape the mixture into a loaf.

Bake your meatloaf in a well oiled 2 pound loaf tin at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes. After first 15 minutes, coat the top of your meatloaf with ketchup and add the V-8 Juice around the meatloaf.

Please note that this Boston Market Meatloaf recipe serves 2. If you double, triple or even quadruple the recipe make sure that you multiply your time as well. However, if you are making these loaves in batches then you do not need to increase your time. For example 3 meatloaf tins will require the same amount of time to cook, but a 6 pound meatloaf tin will require 3 times as much time to cook.

1 c Italian style dried bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 package dry onion soup mix
3/4 c ketchup
1/4 t pepper

 

What you do:

 

In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, eggs, soup mix, pepper and 1/2 c ketchup; form into loaf.  Place loaf in slow cooker and spread remaining 1/4 c of ketchup on top of loaf.  Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low.

 

 

Easy Meatloaf

 

 

What you need:

 

11/2 lbs ground chuck
1/2 c converted rice, uncooked
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c milk
3 T ketchup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c onion, diced
2 eggs
1/2 t dry mustard
1/2 t salt
1/4 t black pepper

 

What you do:

 

Add all ingredients to a large bowl.  Mix together thoroughly and shape into a loaf.  Place in a loaf pan and cook, covered, for 1 hour in a 350 degree preheated oven.  Uncover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

 

 

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

 

 

What you need:

 

2 lbs ground beef
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
11/2 c Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 c green pepper, chopped
1/3 c celery, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
6 oz can tomato paste
1 garlic clove, minced
1 t salt
1/4 t black pepper
ketchup

 

What you do:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine all ingredients except ketchup and form into a loaf.  Spray a loaf pan with non stick spray.  Place meatloaf in pan and spread a thin layer of ketchup on top.  Cook, covered, for 45 minutes.  Remove cover and continue cooking for 30 more minutes.

Tasty & Easy Meatloaf Patties:

Ingredient:

2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. meatloaf mix
1/2 c. crushed crackers
Flour
2 eggs

Method:

At first, mix ground beef with meatloaf mix, eggs and crushed crackers. Then, Shape into patties. Finally, Cover each patties with flour and fry in oil over medium heat until done, turning occasionally.

Easy To Make Turkey Meatloaf:

IIngredient:

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Method:

Combine and place loaf in a greased baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
